Linsen-Sauergemüse-Dip / Fermented-veggies-lentils dip

Was mache ich nun damit?

  • Tahina,
  • etwas Honig und
  • Salz

pürieren. Fertig. Lecker.

Oh no! My fermented courgette-and-pepper became too mushy. Next time I should slice the vegetables more coarsely. What do I do with it now? Many would use it for a green smoothie, but I don’t like smoothies. I’ll use it for a dip.

  • Cook brown lentils, blend with
  • fermented vegetables
  • sunflower oil
  • tahina,
  • some honey and
  • salt

Yummy! The magical creature loves it with raw vegetables, but oven-cooked vegetables go very well with it, too.
