Here the instruction for my favourite indulgence… at the moment:
1 spoon of ricotta
1/2 a sachet of vanilla sugar
1 dash of sweetener
75g of frozen berries (raspberries or blueberries)
Mix all in a bowl . Put aside for 10 minutes for the berries to thaw a little and the ricotta-yoghurt to freeze a little, stirr again and enjoy. (The pictures show a preparation with small quantities in case you wonder…)
A perfect icecream substitute, but richer in proteins and less fat than icecream.
